By accessing and using Presentiustudioo services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Description

Presentiustudioo provides online language tutoring services through our platform. We connect students with qualified language instructors for one-on-one and group lessons conducted via video conferencing.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Presentiustudioo, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Attend scheduled lessons on time or provide adequate notice for cancellations
  • Respect tutors and other students during lessons
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • Not share your account with others

Payment Terms

Payment for lessons must be made in advance according to the selected package. All prices are in USD. Refunds are subject to our Return Policy. Failed payments may result in suspension of services.

Cancellation Policy

Students may cancel or reschedule lessons with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to charges. Presentiustudioo reserves the right to cancel lessons due to tutor unavailability, in which case a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Presentiustudioo platform, including lesson materials, curriculum, and website content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Presentiustudioo provides educational services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the platform, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade names, and proprietary information, are owned by Presentiustudioo or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you create or submit through the platform, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing our services.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Transmitting harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Interfering with or disrupting the platform's operation
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your account settings.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Presentiustudioo.

Modifications to Terms

Presentiustudioo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of our services and may terminate your account.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Presentiustudioo regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
